Happy Bulletin is an online church bulletin platform that allows churches and religious organizations to create, manage, and distribute digital bulletins to their congregations. Our Service includes:

2. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Account Responsibilities

• Churches and organizations are responsible for managing their members’ access appropriately

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose outside of legitimate church activities
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Content Guidelines

• Content should be appropriate for a religious/church environment
• Respect the diverse beliefs and practices within your congregation
• Ensure you have proper rights to any images, text, or media you upload

4. User Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Service
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload
• You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it

Content Removal

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies
• You may delete your own content at any time through your account settings

Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy below

Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ advance notice
• Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to price changes

7. Refund Policy

Trial Period

• New subscribers receive a free trial period to evaluate the Service
• No charges apply during the trial period

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial payment for annual subscriptions
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for monthly subscriptions
• Refunds are only available for the most recent payment
• No refunds are available for accounts terminated for Terms violations

Refund Process

• Include your account information and reason for the refund request
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
• Pro-rated refunds are not available for partial month usage

Non-Refundable Items

• Setup fees or one-time charges
• Previous billing cycles beyond the current period
• Services already rendered or used

8. Service Availability

Uptime

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for downtime due to circumstances beyond our control

Service Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We will attempt to maintain backward compatibility when possible
• Critical security updates may be implemented without advance notice

11. Termination

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

Termination by Us

• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days’ notice
• We may immediately suspend accounts for security reasons or legal compliance

Effect of Termination

• You will lose access to the Service upon termination
• You may download your content before termination
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings
• Any modifications must be made in writing

Severability

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary

Updates to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or Service notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

Assignment

• You may not assign your rights under these Terms
