Staff Directory
This information is pulled into multiple areas you interact with. You are able to add name, title, short bio, contact information, and a photo for each staff member.
Campus and Event Venues
Have multiple campuses or venues events are held at? Add them in your dashboard and mark events, announcements, etc. with the appropriate campus of venue. It helps your members and visitor navigate properly.
Volunteer Needs
Getting a volunteer is wonderful. Getting a volunteer for a specific role or need is essential. You can create a list of needs – VBS, nursery, Operation Christmas Child, A/V, etc. – which is then added to the volunteer form.
Ministry Listing
When you create an announcement, event, or prayer, you will have the option to add the ministries as being applicable (essentially “tagging” them) to those you have selected. This will also play a role in a future update we have planned.

A church without announcements is like…”…a fish without gills”, “…the sun without heat”, etc, etc.
Events
When you add an event, you can also enable it as an RSVP. This tags it for the user and allows them to fill out an RSVP form that is sent to you. You can also link to an external registration site.

You can show or hide these on your bulletin if you don’t have a need for them. Purely optional…but very beneficial if you want to leverage the most from your online bulletins.
